Recently refurbished, this quality one-bedroom apartment is in a prime central location by the harbour with all local amenities and Lerwick’s business centre on your doorstep.

The apartment is only a minute's stroll from Lerwick's regenerated waterfront and Town Centre amenities and is only a short stroll from the award winning Museum and Archives, Mareel (state-of-the art cinema/music venue), Leisure Centre and local parks. Numerous restaurants, take-aways and shops on your doorstep.

Open all year round, we generally operate Saturday to Saturday bookings during peak season (May to September inclusive). Shorter stays during non-peak times will also be considered. Our standard weekly rate is from £600 - £700  (£85.71 - £100 per night) with a premium rate applicable over the festive period, festivals, events etc (details on request.)

Getting There

From the Airport

Heading north from Sumburgh on the A970, follow the signs for Lerwick. The apartment is situated in the centre of Lerwick, just off Commercial Street (the main street), next to Michael Inkster and Co. Access is by means of an external galvanised staircase, painted black, towards the foot of Fox Lane, in Lerwick's scenic Conservation Area. The apartment door is painted red.

From the Ferry Terminal

Take a left turn on exiting the ferry terminal and drive towards town. The apartment is situated in the centre of Lerwick, just off Commercial Street (the main street), next to Michael Inkster and Co. Access is by means of an external galvanised staircase, painted black, towards the foot of Fox Lane, in Lerwick's scenic Conservation Area. The apartment door is painted red. This journey should take approximately 5 mins by car and 15 mins on foot.

There is ample free parking available in the large car park situated at the top of Fox Lane.

From the Tourist Information Centre

A one-minute stroll heading northwards along Commercial Street will bring you to Fox Lane, just next to Michael Inkster and Co. Access to the apartment is by means of an external galvanised staircase, painted black, towards the foot of Fox Lane. The apartment door is painted red.
